1、Installation and regulation |

a、According installation

b、Befor installation must check the pump and electrical
engin termly, Each part should faultless, inside of pump
should without sundries;
c、Put the pump-set on to the base, between the soleplate and
the base placed binate cuneal mat, pass adjusting cuneal mat
to find the level of pump accurately;
d、The inspiratory and vent pipeline of pump must use nog to
support, not to use pump;
e、Finished. At last turn connected-implement with hand, to
check if have the phenomenon of grinding and collide or not,
if the turning become breezily and equably well then the
installation over;
f、Magnetic force pumps is forbided to draw out the medium
with granule;
g、In order to prevent sundries enter into pump,at the exit
must set filter,the filter- area must 3～4multiple bigger
than pipeline-section;
h、The high- raisepitch of pump also must install
inverted-end valve at export- pipeline, to prevent the
water-hammer of closed suddenly to destroy;
i、Must ensure installation altitude of pump accord NPSH.of
pump, also think about pipeline’s loss and medium’s
temperature;
j、As the medium ’s temperature too high, must adopt
refrigerant measure to machine-airproof, use to prevent
whisht- ring of machine-airproof to dehisce. |

2、Start-up

a、Befor the pump operate
should fill liquid that need to transport of pump’s
inside(if the pump at the circs of suction up)then close the
exit- valve;
b、Turn-on the power check the pump’s turning right or not;
c、Turn on the exit- valve adagio, regulate to
capability-point it need, try to turn on the pump-set for
5～10minute, devotion to turning without unwonted phenomenon;
d、As stop the pump should close the the exit- valve before
then sever the power. |

3、Maintain

a、Check the pump and
electrical engin termly, replace easily amaged part;
b、Close pump for a long time not to use should purge of
stream-path of pump’s inside and sever the power;
c、Strictly forbid to turn emptily;
d、The quality-time of all the product is one year. |
